7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Because our sarees are premium and often customized/limited pieces:
Option A – Exchange Only
• Exchanges allowed within (2 days) for size/defect issues.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Option B – No Return on Custom Orders
• Customized, altered, or sale items are not eligible for return/exchange.
Defective or wrong product:
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will review and assist.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment mode.
8. Cancellations
• Orders may be cancelled within (24 hours) of placing the order.
• Once shipped or processed, cancellation is not possible.
