Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

We currently ship only within India.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

    •   Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation.

    •   Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

    •   Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer — we will inform you if additional time is needed.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier service:

    •   Metro cities: 3–6 working days

    •   Other locations: 5–9 working days

    •   Remote/Out-of-delivery areas: may take longer

Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Charges

    •   Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

    •   Any special delivery requests may include additional charges.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

    •   A tracking link or airway bill number

    •   Courier partner details

You can track your shipment online. For assistance, our support team is happy to help.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.

    •   Orders returned due to incorrect address, phone number, or failed delivery attempts may incur re-delivery charges.

    •   We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

6. Delays Beyond Our Control

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to:

    •   Courier/logistics issues

    •   Weather conditions

    •   Festivals or government restrictions

    •   Unforeseen circumstances

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, such delays are beyond our control.

7. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages due to availability or packaging safety.

You will receive tracking details for each shipment if applicable.

8. Damaged Packages on Delivery

If the outer package appears tampered or damaged:

    1.  Do not accept the parcel, or

    2.  Accept it with remarks to the delivery agent and contact us immediately with photos.

Our team will investigate and assist you as per our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Undelivered Orders

If your order is marked “undelivered” by the courier:

    •   We will attempt to contact you and arrange re-delivery

    •   If we are unable to reach you, the order may be cancelled and refunded (after deducting shipping charges) — except in cases of courier error.

10. International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside India.
