We take great care in crafting and checking each saree before dispatch. Because many of our products are premium, limited, or customized, our policy is designed to protect both product quality and customer experience.
1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
We currently offer:
(a) Exchange for size/fit or product concerns
(a) Replacement or refund for damaged / defective / wrong item
(a)No returns for change of mind
To be eligible:
• Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging
• Tags/labels must be attached
We reserve the right to decline if the product shows wear, perfume, stains, or damage caused after delivery.
Note: Pre-draped sarees often include delicate workmanship. Minor variations in embroidery, beadwork, or color (due to lighting/screens) are normal and not considered defects.
2. Items Not Eligible
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Customized or altered products
• Sale/discounted items
• Gift cards or promotional freebies
• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
3. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
1. Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Share your order number and clear photos/video of the issue
3. Our team will review and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund (as applicable)
If the product is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
4. Exchange Process
Once your exchange request is approved:
• We will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the product back
• After inspection, your exchange will be processed
• If the requested size/product is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternative option
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged/incorrect items.
5. Order Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
• Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled
• Customized orders are non-cancellable
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Refunds (When Applicable)
Refunds are provided only in the following cases:
• Product received is damaged/defective and cannot be replaced
• Wrong item shipped and replacement is unavailable
• Order cancelled by Sutraani Pvt. Ltd.
• Approved cancellation within the allowed window
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
Processing time may vary depending on the bank/payment provider.
7. Pickup & Reverse Logistics
For eligible returns/exchanges:
• We will attempt pickup two times
• If pickup is unsuccessful, you may need to self-ship to our warehouse
• Keep the shipping receipt — we may reimburse reasonable courier costs in defect cases
8. International Orders
We currently ship only within India.
Return/exchange requests are accepted for India shipments only.
